The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EV charging mobile application:
The App provides a platform for users to locate and charge their electric vehicles at designated stations. Payment for charging services is facilitated through Razorpay, an integrated payment gateway.
By using the App, you agree to comply with these terms and any local regulations governing EV charging.
You are required to create an account to use the App. Your account must be linked to a valid mobile number and email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account by using a strong password. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to our support team immediately.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store or handle any sensitive payment data, such as credit card numbers or UPI IDs. Razorpay’s terms and conditions govern all payment-related activities, and you are responsible for any issues arising from payment disputes.
The App requires certain device permissions, such as access to location services to help you find nearby chargers and camera access to scan QR codes at the charging stations. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that the App can function correctly.
We do not collect location data; it is used solely to facilitate the location of charging stations via Google Maps APIs.
We reserve the right to modify or update the App at any time to improve its functionality, fix bugs, or introduce new features. It is your responsibility to keep the App updated to ensure it works as intended.
We may choose to discontinue the App without prior notice. Upon termination of service, your rights to use the App will end, and any related licenses will be revoked.
While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable functionality, the App may sometimes rely on third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, Google Maps) for certain features. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by service interruptions, incorrect data, or reliance on third-party services.
Users are responsible for ensuring their devices are charged and functional. We are not liable for any issues caused by your device being offline or out of battery during a charging session.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been made indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our EV charging mobile application
Personal Information: When you register an account, we collect your mobile number and email address.
User Credentials: We encrypt your password and store it securely in our database.
Payment Information: We do not store or process sensitive payment information (e.g., credit card numbers, UPI IDs). All payment transactions are securely processed through Razorpay.
Location Information: We do not collect or store location data. The App uses Google Maps APIs solely to help you find nearby EV chargers.
We use your mobile number and email address for account creation, login, and password recovery purposes.
No promotional emails or marketing messages will be sent to you, except for essential notifications like password reset emails.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Passwords are stored using encryption, and access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as it may compromise security and interfere with the App's functionality.
The App integrates Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay handles all sensitive payment data, and you are bound by their privacy policy when making payments through the App.
We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account, you can contact our support team, and your data will be permanently deleted.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your account information at any time. Contact us at [Support Email Address] for assistance with any data-related requests.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
OUTDID UNIFIED PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. OUTDID UNIFIED PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.
4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
7. In case of any refunds approved by OUTDID UNIFIED PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
